My Tortoise has some white stuff on her shell and when she pees it come off. Please help I'm tensed

The pee could be urates, which are normal! The white stuff on his/her shell could be calcium. You give your tort calcium, right?
Can we please see a picture? It's very hard to give good advice without being able to see what you're talking about.
