my tortoise dosent like calcium? help!

I got my 16 month old ibera Greek on Sunday and have been sprinkling his food with nutrabol every other day, however when he eats a piece with a conconsiderable amount on, he spits it out and will avoid the calcium . I have a cuttle bone in his enclosure which he ddosent touck, any suggestions please?

You are probably using to much. It has a strong smell, one that lots of tortoises don't like. Lightly, very lightly sprinkle it, that should fix the problem.

Your tort knows when he/she needs calcium if you have a cuttlebone in the enclosure he'll eat it when he needs it.

I mix mine with wetted food, like Mazuri. Or in some shredded greens.
