Media for breeding turtles

I have adult pair calagur and I really want to breed them since I am a big dan of them and since they are endangered. My questions is that can I use cocopeat as the media for breeding? I want to use cocopeat for the land spot in the pond. Could I use it? Several pictures of my pond or Aquarium

BTW, the male is 32 cm and the female is 45 cm. I paid 650 dollar for the male and 300 for the female.

I can't help you, but am bumping this to see if someone can. I'm not sure that pond is set up right for them either, but just guessing here. Most turtles that I know of need basking spots to get out of the water. Hopefully someone will come and help you soon.

Are you filtering the water? I think it might clog it
