Male of female ?

Could you guys tell me if this tortoise is big enough to tell the gender ?
He's 3 years old, He hatched 2014

Id say it's a male. However, I'm not the best at sexing, but I'd say I am usually over 50% correct.

My Dalmation Tortoise is of 2014 and a male. Looks about the same. I also think a male.
