Lily leaves - are these ok to feed baby tortoises?

As a rule, NO.
Be suspicious of any plant that grows from a bulb.
My tortoises did eat a bunch of Easter lilies once and didn't seem any worse for it. But they should not be fed and should be considered poisonous.
