Hi, I've had my little baby Amber for nearly a week now and she's doing really well. I have the light/heat lamp on for 12 hours a day is there a better time in the morning and evening to turn it on/off?

I like my lamps to come on around sunrise and go off around sunset in summer. I use a timer, and it makes life much easier.

In winter I adjust as needed for hibernation.

OK great, I've got a timer and I've set it to come on at 7am and off at 8pm. Thanks
