Large volume urination - something to worry about

I have a newly-adopted desert tortoise. We're in Tucson. She's female, about 20 years old, and has a known bladder stone. She's on a list to have it removed in a year or so.

She likes to hang out on our porch - it's hot out, there's good shade - and we've noticed she urinates fairly large volumes - enough to make a big puddle - approx 100 cc urine? At least 2 times in the past week.

Is this normal? Should we be contacting the vet?

Many thanks for input. Chris

Edit - there should be a question mark after the thread title -

I was surprised at the beginning when I saw how much those little guys can pee. And boy! Can they ever! I don't think it's a reason for concern! On the contrary, I'd think it's a sign that your tort is very well hydrated! Kudos to you for hydrating your tort!!!

Keep offering water and soaking and I wouldn't be concerned. It's when there's less urine, dark urine, chalky urates, etc that you should probably worry more.
