Hello and Welcome. Females are hard to come by. How old is yours and how big? Has he flashed you, so that you know for sure its a male? Good luck on your search.

He never flashed me but I looked at the bottomshell and he looked like a male he is around 2 years old and just about 3 inches.

Two years is to young to accurately sex. You have awhile to wait. I thought I had a pair and I was pleasantly suprised to have two females, btw they are between 9 1/2 and 10 inches now.
