is my tortoise healthy??

I'm new to having a tortoise, and am very excited to see it grow and thrive, but I'm just not sure what to be looking for to make sure hes healthy, so I'm going to post a few pictures and see what more experienced folks think we've only had it a week and its very small, he doesn't seem to eat very much and I'm not sure whats normal. thanks for all the help in advance

It is obviously a very young tortoise, and young torts have very small stomachs.

Other than that, I am not sure what to say- you cannot tell much from a photo. Can you tell us more about how it is being kept, temps, diet, etc.?
