Is, My Sulcata's Diet Suitable?

So, I feed my tortoise a mix of Collard Greens,Romaine Lettuce, and dried up grass. Is this a good staple or should I change it up? Leave suggestions of great tortoise foods.

P.S- Is fiber, and protein good or bad for Tortoises, because the Collard I feed him has a bit of both.

I would not use collard greens or romaine as staples. When you say "dried up grass", do you mean dried out yellowish grass tufts from outside, or do you mean grass hay like what a horse would be eating?
