Is my russians shell scraping her neck?

I see a little bump on her shell right behind her neck, and when she looks up, or puts her head into her shell, it rubs against it. Is there anything I can do to help it? (Without damaging her shell, and negatively effecting her health)

Is it an actual bump (like an abscess?) or a little scrape from the tort looking up lots...pacing the enclosure and such?

You can take a piece of emery cloth and gently smooth the shell above the neck.
