Is my CHE safe in here?

I have a socket rated for 150W that I want to put a 75W CHE in. Of course if this was just a 75w light I wouldn't be worried but it's a CHE which I assume outputs more heat. The socket ISN'T ceramic but if it's rated for 150W it should be pretty safe right? Is it okay if I put the CHE in?

Greetings. I would advise against it. Best to use a ceramic base socket with your CHE.

I would use and do only use ceramic sockets. I would not chance it. The possible out come is not worth it.

I agree , stick with a ceramic socket .
