Indian star tortoise gender?

Please tell me the age and gender of my indian star tortoise big one is about 13cm and small one is about 8cm

It's impossible to tell you the age. They all grow at different rates so the size really doesn't matter.

As @cmac3 said: one cannot tell the age of a tort unless one know his/her "date of birth" so as to say.

I just brought them 3 days before
I kept them in Woodn box size about 4ft long and 2ft wide
So is that sufficient or I need to put some soil in box?

The bigger the enclosure the better. Torts are used to living in the wild where they roam around freely.
