Oooooh! Tough Question.
All tortoises have the abilty to achieve "extreme old age". But as they are a bit smaller I'd figure not quite the age of a Sulcata or Aldabra.
I'll go with 70-80?

Our old tortoise toby was well over 60 years old before he ran away!
he was raised from an egg for 30 years by my mothers next door neighbours.
Then when my mother was born, they gave toby to her. And then my mother grew up with him and then i was born (aswell as my brothers) and i grew up with him then he ran off or got stolen but havent seen him since.

But my uncles old tortoise was a sully, and she was really old.
i think she waqs at least 70 years old.

Hermanns, Russians or redfoots can all live up to the age of 100 if not longer! if cared for properly.
