I need help with this Sick desert tortoise upper respiratory

Somebody dropped off a very sick desert tortoise to my ranch yesterday. All of my tortoises are healthy so I have this one separated. Snotty nose, eye swollen. Anybody near Southern California want to try and save this pretty girl. I think this is beyond my abilities.

Keep her slightly warmer while she's healing. Any chance you can get her to a vet?

This tortoise was seen by the vet and finished a round of baytril injections but doesn't appear to be any better. I have injectable baytril but I have a 2.27% solution which is for dogs. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am keeping her inside away from my healthy tortoises.

She is on her way to the vets. I am thinking it is pneumonia than just a upper respiratory.
