I was wondering how to add a profile picture...

I can tell you how to do it from a computer, but I don't have a cell phone, so know nothing about that:

Click on your username in the upper right corner.

From the drop down menu, choose "avatar." It should be self explanatory from there. Let me know if you still need help.

I was wondering how to add a profile picture...

I use the app on my phone and couldn't do it. I had to go onto my laptop to do so.
