How can i tell the age of my russian tortoise?

Unless you know that hatch date, there is know way to know.

What size is your tortoise? Where did you get him from? Does prior caregiver know any information on him? :D

I agree with everyone else. There is no way of telling.

Growth rates vary from animal to animal depending on what they've been eating, whether they were wild caught or captive bred, temperature... It's a best guess scenario.
