Hibernation for russian's would this be good enough?

I'm not seeing any where where it says what temperatures it can get to and hold. Does it go down to 40F? Eggs typically would not need to go that low, and this is an egg incubator.

I'm not seeing the advantage of this over a standard mini-fridge, and Exo-Terra does not have a good track record for quality or performance of late...

I use a beverage cooler. I like the digital temp reader, the glass front, and it doesn't freeze. The temp range is like 35 to 50.

The incubator you linked to isn't all that suitable to be honest. Multiply people have complained about the reliability and longevity of that product. Either the temperatures where off or/and the incubator broke after one or two years. This is one (of many) product(s) from Exo Terra that is too expensive and do not function to satisfaction.
