Well with leopards there is only one species. The differences in the leopards is not divided into sub species or species yet, and may not be, they're Phylogeographically different but not enough to be differently labeled. The only way of knowing Is where the parents originated from and where those parents came form as well. Dark and light can also be shown depending on the light, food, moisture and outside time they get.
If you follow the current scientific thinking of the day, there is only one species. They feel there are 11 distinct "clades" within the large range of the one species.
The only way to know what yours is would be to know the genetics or origin of the parents. You baby show traits of both of the two main variants we have here in the states. If this tortoise is in the US then my best guess would be that you have a tortoise of mixed genes from multiple localities.
As stated already your baby appears to be a genetic blend of the two man variants in the states. Once the baby becomes a full grown adult you may be better able to tell which of the two variants genetics are more prominent in your leopard.
