Hermanns tortoise making sure Ive got it all right

Hi im getting my 6 month year old hermanns tortoise this Thursday and I just want to make sure ive got everything right. I will feed try to feed him a diet of:
Mustard greens
Collard greens
Turnip greens
Carrot tops
Spring greens
Salad mixes
Endive
Escarole
Carrots
Dandelion
Bindweed
Plantain
Hibiscus
Aloe vera
Pansy
Petunia
Fuschia
Hosta
Chicory
Knapweed
Bitter cress
Field pansy
Rose petals
Hedge mustard
Sowthistle
Global thistle
Violets
Bermuda Grass
Mazuri tortoise diet

I will feed him a little bit of weeds everyday and give him a full twice a week on Wednesday and Saturday. I've got the reptisun for his basking area which will be 90-100 degrees and his entire enclosure will be around 80 degrees. I also got a infared light so we can stay warm at night since my house may get cold. I will also keep the humidity level of around 70%. The substrate I currently have is 100% coco fiber but I was thinking if I should add topsoil or cypress mulch. I've also got a water bowl and cuttle bone he can have access to at all times I have a 2 foot by 3 foot enclosure right now but I plan on expanding it in around 6 months since he will get bigger.
