This little sinensis has doubled in size, it's actually looking like a softshell now. These guys are born so tiny, but they are tough as nails. What a cool turtle to get cbb, staying very small and easy to keep.

I couldn't believe how small they were, either. My cousin is hatching them out, and they're the first Cbb ones in the US. The ones that I had always seen were much bigger, which I always thought was the normal size. I was very pleased when I saw the group hatch. He got 6 clutches from the one female, too. Just a cool, small species to work with.
