Help with sexing my tortoises please

Hello Everyone

I have got 2 tortoises called Thunder and Flower and i really would like to know their sex if its possible.

Im not sure how old they are as i rescued them.

1st picture (Thunder) is 11 cm
2nd picture (Flower ) is 10.75 cm
