help with my horsefield

i started cooling my torts down two weeks ago ready for hibernation.. but suddenly one of the females has started making a noise i dunno if its a sneeze or a cough, and she pulls her legs and head in as she does this and also stretching her neck out a lot.... i have offered food put lights back on full and im no longer putting them in hibernation she hasn't started eating again but my other have does anyone know what is wrong do i need a vet or is there something i can do at home all my torts are insured so i can go to vet asap....let me know if anyone else has experienced this

They sometimes to that when something's stuck in their throat or nose.

shes been doing it for 4 days now ill try look in her mouth tomorrow

They sometimes to that when something's stuck in their throat or nose.
Or the nose is full of mucus and shes trying to get rid of it. Do you see any discharge? If you have any doubts don't hibernate your tort and if you don't see anything in her mouth take her to the Vet because it can be an infection and antibiotics may be needed. Good luck :)
