I would recommend bringing this turtle to a vet or wildlife rehabber. The wounds will need to be disinfected and antibiotics are likely in order. Is it just the chew damage or are their punctures too?

Just chew damage other than it's missing foot

Unless it's a protected species I would keep him or find someone who knows how to take care of them to take him. Especially for right now because he's got two problems now that'll hold h back from foraging...
Ok thank you

I wouldn't rub anything on it - that's bone sticking out and its likely to get infected/irritated and it probably hurts him like hell. Go to a Vet (any Vet) ASAP, let him close it down/ bandage it and tell you how to take care. He will need antibiotics and pain medication.

When he's better
Hi :) How's he doing?
Try to get in contact with local environment department/wild life sanctuary/organisation who is expirience enough to know if he will make it on his own. Your local Vet should probably know and guide you where to look/go with this fellow. If his not fit enough he will need a home:) It's very kind of you to help him :) Good luck to you both :)

He's doing better but still bleeding. I have him in a 80 gallon tank by himself. I'm feeding him tortoise pellets and he loves them. I'm trying to set up a appointment with the vet.

I think if you take him to ANY Vet you would get help. There are loads of people out there kind hearted like you. It's crucial for him to get antibiotic/ pain meds. Find a walk in animal clinic closest to your location that's open and just take him there. You don't need a reptile specialists at first, just meds/ first aid and some contacts. Risk of sepsis is huge and he will not tell you but his suffering.
