For now, I would say so.
You can do it less often once they get a bit older.
What is you humidity ?

Using these two during day time when not in natural sun light

The one on the left is a compact bulb and therefore a no-no.
The one on the right is a basking lamp and doesn't produce UVB.
You need a UVB strip light to go with the basking lamp or an MVB that is all in one.

Personally I believe it depends on the climate. I live in Jordan where the climate is that of a DESERT. It's very dry all year round. Therefore I prefer to give Oli a warm soak every day.

Are MVBs providing heat, light and UVB.
Strip light.

And for night time you may need a CHE on a thermostat.

This provides heat bit no light as tortoises need complete darkness to sleep properly.

I expect your version of Amazon will have them.
I don't get a lot of these makes in Morocco, either, so I purchase mine in Spain, which doesn't help you too much.
Most good pet shops will stock something similar, but it's cheaper online.

It is bark chips and sand substrate specially for tortoises. Will send pic of bag when home
