This is one of 8 eggs my old Hermann's tortoise laid 23 days ago.
I've been incubating at 31-32 C and 65-75 humidity.
Please put me out of my misery.
All the eggs look similar.
They all started to chalk within 48-72hrs.
But I can't see any veins yet.
Could there still be a chance they're fertile?
This waiting bit is agony....help please

I would say infertile at this point, but maybe give it another week. I'm more familiar with bearded dragon eggs that tortoise eggs, but I would think you'd see veins by now. Are they dimpling? Collapsing? Growing mold? Smell?

If they have chalked, I would wait it out. I don't give up on them until they are clearly duds (implosion, cracking, obvious rot).
