Greenhouse plants

So, my mum has a greenhouse and has just planted peppers, chilli, brocolli, cauliflower, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, water melon, and beetroot.

I had a look through the plant listings, but couldn't find these on there as I don't know what the leaves look like. Can anyone tell me if the above are safe to feed a Hermann. Thanks!
