They look good Jd, that 1st carriage has some beautiful markings. When we talk about marbling, I thought it always started at the scute boarders. Why not on this one?

Well...again there are no "set rules" in Mother Nature......

The other Myth is Cherries all have to have "RED" heads ....

This is going to be a high marbled animal

Do you have a photo of #1 when younger.
It's as though she started marbling when younger then stopped, if that was the case it could still come from the boarders then if the marbling stops with future growth you would end up with this look.

The "engine" in that train looks like he has a custom flame paint job.

I love your animals!!! They are ALL so pretty! I've been meaning to ask you what you thoughts on my little Tucker. I didn't expect any of those colors he's showing now. Is there a pattern to their growth/color or is it just totally random? And another questiom: how did you get them to do that train formation?! Too darn cute!!!!

ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1471123727.739991.jpg here is Tucker. ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1471123788.789872.jpg here is sime zig-zagging happening on his front ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1471123848.186265.jpg and much more dark on his butt ImageUploadedByTortoise Forum1471123911.752669.jpg . Do they get more of those dark zig-zags as they grow to give them that "marbling" like yours has?
