I completely agree. But so far everyone hasn't taken the year off. In fm fact they lay more now. I went trough all the eggs yesterday. Since November I've added 93 Sulcata eggs(unknown number of clutch in the ground) 64 leopard, 56 redfoot, 43 Yellowfoot, 12 wood turtles, 32 reeves, 6 pancake, 23 Indian stars, and now hopefully some Manouria. She's doing the typical behavior for sure. Soaking all day and night in the water, slowed done eating and Begun her best gaurd/best building attitude. Sure hope she lays.I'm surprised she's nesting this year. Mine always took a year off when I moved them to a new spot.
