Hello:) Looks like some lovely garden photos. What great stuff! I'm guessing you're wondering if you should feed these to your tortoise? I didn't recognize all of your photos, so please look for other opinions.

I typically avoid feeding my own tortoise too much from the brassica plant family (cabbages, cauli, brocc, etc). My tortoise has certainly nibbled on them from time to time even managed to eat whole broccoli seedlings that I didn't protect enough. So, no harm in them eating a few. I prefer to avoid intentionally feeding these only because my understanding is that they're high in goitrogens which can contribute to kidney and bladder stones. There's no guarantee that stones will happen and I look the other way if my tortoise steals a bite, but I don't consider most of these a great food source. I do let my tortoise eat squash vines, zucchini vines, pumpkin vines, cucumber vines, and melon vines to her hearts content. I also give her bean and pea vines on occasion, but avoid the veg for my species of tortoise. I hope this helps!

Also, please contribute your photos and gardening skills in the Garden Chat thread in the off topic section of the forum. I'm sure many of us would love to see what you're up to!:)
