Funny little tortoise

Ok my tort, Yoshi is very active once I get him going. But when he's not being active he's asleep or eating lunch. So this morning at 7;40 I got up to do his routine he went on top of his little log and looked at me like are you going to stand there or play with me. That's what I thought he was saying in my head, so I said aloud "neither, i going to clean your cage but ill let you roam around for a bit" I said. He looked mad in a way. (Yes I talk to my tort.....) so I got him and sat him down he stood there and I sat there, for a bit I was about to get up when he put a foot on me then another then peed on me. My tortoise has ATTITUDE[FACE WITH STUCK-OUT TONGUE AND TIGHTLY-CLOSED EYES]
