Hello,
I would say judging by the cloaca that the first is male. Second one is too hard too tell for me, but leaning towards female.
The third is female and the fourth is male.

I beleive the first two pics are of a girl. See males have this little 'tip' on the end of their tail. The third pic is a girlie. Females have a star shaped cloaca closer to their body, and they have short stubby tails. The fourth may be a boy. How large is each tort in the pics? Do you know how old they are?

#1 is 4.5 in. #2 5in #3 5.5 in #4 5 in. Not sure how old they are the first two I bought at petco the other two I rescued.

I am not great at the sexing thing but I think pic number three is a girl and the others are young males

The first three look female to me the last looks like a young male. Do you know their ages? That would help.
I agree with tortoiseRN cause I have two males they carry there tail tucked over and it touchs the leg
