I've seen some different answers on this topic. Should I or should I not feed my tortoise fruit? And if I do, in what quantities/how often?

Most tortoises don't need fruit. Once or twice a month is more than enough. The sugar content can upset the internal flora/fauna and cause parasite blooms.

When my wife fix us strawberrys she cuts the tops off and I give my torts the tops so they eat the green tops with very little red on them but I have about 12 enclosures and a pond so they are really spread out ( the strawberrys ) but my torts don't need fruit but it's a small treat .
