I live in England and have been feeding my tortoise weeds from the garden through summer and autumn but now its winter, the weeds have stopped growing. I also can't grow them on the window inside because I have a dog who eats soil :'-)
Can anyone recommend ways to feed her right in the winter and also stuff from the supermarket that I can feed her when I run out of weeds?

Because I live in a desert-like environment, my weeds grow in fall and winter. I usually can't find edible weeds in summer. In the UK some folks will use the Komodo Dragon Pellets along with the Lasting Leaf or Crispy bagged salads.

I was recommended the ASDA herb salad pre packed bags if that is any help to you? She also is enjoying some romaine lettuce just now
