Just feeling very worried about my hermann hatchling. He will not eat any of the weeds, plants i see on the recommended list. i've offered a wide variety every day and he just walks over them. I know he can eat because he has eaten everything he's not supposed to--lettuce, tomato, pieces of zucchini, muzari. I soak him every day--and then offer something new and delicious--but he doesn't eat. he's about 4 - 5 months old. i've read that i should just let him go hungry until he eats but he seems so small to do that. Can anyone help? Concerned in Canada

He's feeling spoiled :p Try mixing in the good stuff with the 'bad' stuff and then gradually decrease the junk food. Chopping it up into small pieces will be better for tricking him.

I'd get some bagged Spring Mix from the produce section of the store, then cut your weeds and other stuff into smaller pieces and mix it all with the Spring Mix. I'd offer it twice a day. You just have to teach him how to eat right...
