Eggs & Fertility

So one of my girls laid three eggs back in December and two of the three have gone rotten. The third has a developing embryo.

Most of my other clutches seem to only have I good egg in them. Has anyone else dealt with this low level of fertility?

What is the temperature and humidity level maintained in the incubator? What are you using for an incubation medium?
