Dry flaky skin! Help

My sulcata tortoise skin is dry and flaky. I'm not sure what's wrong or what I can do to help him. Please help he's a baby and was born in April.

Calm down, Marissa...it's perfectly normal. Just be sure to give your baby warm soaks every day to keep him hydrated. He'll be just fine. Don't pick at the skin. It will come off on its own.

I freaked out when mine did that. I went to two baths a day for about two weeks until I found out they do that. I still give two soaks a day on some days though.
