She's only 5 months old and about 6 oz, but her tail gap is looking wide and her tail stubby to me. She also usually has her tail tucked to the side. I know it's super early, but any opinions?

Too young. They do look female until they mature. Around 2-2 1/2 if it's a male he may flash you.

Way too young, but looking more male than female to me for an immature juvenile.

Ugh I'm dreading the flash. I have fingers crossed it'll never come. I'll love her/him regardless of course. I'd just prefer she stay a she lol.

Yep to young. Most babcocki leopards seem to be able to be sex at 5-6 inches or more and p.pardalis leopards around 7-8 inches.

Typically between 2-3 years old if grown properly

A month later and I'm getting more sure she's a lady man. I call him/her "Abby girl" and "my little lady" so I'm thinking it might be time to come up with some new tortoise pet names.

Also, the white on her shell is ground up vitamins I started sprinkling occasionally on her food when I took her outside and she immediately started eating dirt.
