Dark Brown Patches On Head?

Im not sure if its just me or not.. She had brown on her head when I got her, which is normal. But It looks like its gotten darker, almost like she has dirt on her head. But I washed her and scrubbed her head gently with a tooth brush and its still there. I thought maybe she was just dry and not getting enough moisture, but honestly I cant see how because I spray her constantly and I keep her bedding moist and soak her a couple time a week. I just got her and dont have a meter to read the humidity, so im not sure if its humid enough (im working on that) but I will get one this weekend.. also I bought a 100w basking lamp last weekend.. Not sure if that means anything. so tell me if this is normal and maybe its just me being paranoid or if this is actually something... thanks. I included a before and after picture, the before is with the tomatos(i dont feed her those anymore) after is with just her.

It's just stain from the substrate.
