Ok
So all eggs are in the new Reptibator.
The Hovabator is being dialed in to take up to 27 more. And will be used for any new eggs.
Bowls have 2 or 3 eggs each and have moss and vermiculite mixed in.

This eventually will be the grow station for babies not yet tough enough to go outside. It will contain orchid bark. But for now it has my 2 hatchlings on paper towels because my "pipping and yolk absorber" tank is not ready yet.

This is the pipping tank.
Not ready. The silicone adhesive for the light and hinges won't be cured for 24 hours.
All pipping and just hatched will live here on paper towels.

2 things for you to think about Ed.
You don't want it super bright for the neonates, and if you stand a pipping egg on flat tissue it may roll about as the hatchling tries to break the egg. I now roll up some tissue, wet it and make a small donut shape for the egg to sit in.

The pipping eggs are on damp paper towels with little nests of moss to keep them from rolling.
The only light is the 15 watt 5.0 and it's not directly above them.

This morning, about half of the shell is off of the first baby. His front and head are exposed. He is very colorful. But, I can still see a yolk sitting underneath him. So no hurry.
The second pipping egg seems to be moving along at the same rate. Slowly.
So it looks like a week between pipping and leaving the egg?

I got a lot done yesterday and I placed mulch down outside to help me see any future fresh digging. I did see a small female digging. I left her alone.
last night it got as low as 58 degrees. They are huddled into the night houses and I'm sure they will stay there for the majority of the day.
The second incubator has stabilized right at 84, so it's ready to take eggs.
