Hello everybody :) so I'm pretty new here and I really need help. My mom rescued a baby tortoise at her school yesterday she found it on the drive way with a pretty banged up shell I think it's a South Africa Mountain Tortoise but I'm not sure please see the picture to confirm. It's still pretty small. I've never looked after a tortoise and well I just know the basics like it a reptile and needs to eat fruit and veggies. At the moment I have her in an enclosure but I'm not sure if it's appropriate for her please see pic again. I'd really appreciate any kind of help. Thank you so much

It looks like a Sulcata to me, but a little dark? Give it a warm soak in some warm water and keep up feeding greens(No fruit) until someone with more knowledge comes along.

^.^ ZEROPILOT you would think we would know a lot about wildlife since its a relatively "wild" place but I'm pretty clueless and well the Internet contradicts its self so decided to gain some knowledge from people who have experience
