I currently have my baby golden Greek on Cyprus mulch but it's not holding moisture well and it seems to be in too big of chunks for him to easily walk over.... Would repti bark be a better choice? And can I just scoop out the mulch and replace it with the bark or do I have to follow a special process?

Noticed you had no answer.
Welcome.

I'm not sure what's best for your species, but I would imagine if you use bark, the smaller grade would be better for your tort to dig in.
