Can I feed this to my sulcata?

I live in the Philippines and we have a big lot with different kinds of wild plants, sadly we do not have any carabao grass in that lot but we are planning on planting one soon.

I saw this plant in there and i was wondering if i can feed this kind of plants to them? Thanks in advance!!!

I don't recognize any of those plants, so let's give a shout out to @Iochroma

From what I can see of your tortoise habitat, it looks like you're doing it right - moist substrate, good temperature. Good job!

Sorry, I can't help you with the ID of any of those. Take some good close-up photos of the flowers, and try posting them on the plant ID forum at Davesgarden. More people there know tropical weeds.
