Ok, my three toed Boxie, April, has dug a hole in her enclosure. She is sticking out of the hole, head up. I have never seen her do this before. Is it possible she is trying to lay eggs? I don't see any at this time. She is just kind of laying there but it looks like she is still scratching with her hind legs. How long does it take for them to lay the eggs? I guess if she does lay eggs, I will have a little scrambling to do. I will have to try and build an incubator or buy one. I did try to get a picture but it is lights out for now and I don't want to disturb her at this time

It looks like it to me, but I'm not one of the experts.
Hopefully a more knowledgable person will have some suggestions!:)

Well, it kinda looks like it to me, but she looks like she's against a hill, with no back. Not a hole. But it was dark obviously. Has she ever been with a male?I have a female T.ornata who's never been with a male yet she lays 2 clutches of sterile eggs a year.
