I got my bearded dragon 2 months ago. Hes ten years old and basically his whole life he hasnt had uvb, calcium, a water bowl, didnt eat meat, and lived in a 2 and a half foot aquarium. When I got him I bought him everything he needed including a 4 foot tank anyway hed had this spot on his tail that looks like stacked up old skin that wont come off its maybe a 2" spot I bathe him everyday for atleast half an hour hes looking a million times better except for that spot I know these things take time but is there anything I can do to start getting it off?

Post pictures . I know people keep these guys out side in enclosures . They need the sun . It sounds like your guy had a broken tail and it healed wrong .

Here are some more. Any ideas of what this is or how to get rid of it? It looks like a shed that just never came off but I am not that experienced with bearded dragons

Keeping soaking him. It should come off in time. You can also gentle try to remove it. If it doesn't come off without any difficulty, don't force it. Just try it again in another couple days.
