Are these seeds/plants good for my Marginated tort?

i ordered this broadleaf seed mix from Carolina Pet Supply to grow food for my Margi.
Do all these plants look good for food?
I ordered a 1/4 pound. Any words of wisdom of growing them? How much of the seeds do I plant at once?
Any help is appreciated. I don't necessarily have a green thumb.

I also have those seeds. I planted them outdoors, but I over planted and I had to pull half of them out so my poor tortoise could actually walk around a little bit. They grow easily and some of them will grow back the next year.

Heck looking at that mix I'm wondering if I should just serve it as salad for my boyfriend and I...seems more nutritious than eating romaine!

I'm following this thread since I'll be sowing some seed in the Spring once I get moved.

I'm going to grow them in a 4x1.5 grow box. Just not sure how much of the seeds to use. Can't imagine using the whole 1/4 pound. Figured sprinkle a covering of seeds over the soil and then cover with another layer of soil.
