Anybody knows a method to sexign tortoises genetically? Something? Thanks!

That's impossible because tortoises don't have sex chromosomes, their sex is not determined by genes but by the incubation temperature.

I don't know if that's right.. I heard a presentation about that and if I remember correct that there are some species which gave sexual chromosomes like chrysemys picta dorsalis but I'm not 100% sure anymore...

I heard something about that too, but I think that was only about turtles, not tortoises.
