Finally made some more
Progress on the enclosure I had installed last year. This will house south and Central American species of tortoises and turtles.

Almost ready for siding.

Trenches a drain for the concrete ponds.

Then poured the ponds.

The ponds are all level to one another so water is filled up and a gate valve when opened will drain all 6 ponds at once. No dirty water bowl dumping inside the enclosures. It will be routed
To the garden to water plants we're growing.

Then build the divider walls for the tortoises and leveled the soil to where the ponds are at substrate level.

Did one enclosure at a time. Took about 6 hours and 150 wheel barrel loads of dirt I dug up from some huge turtle ponds.

And yah. Pretty much almost ready. About another month and it will be complete. Shade clothe on one end of the roof. Complete predator proof wire on the top part of the walls and windows and doors on each end for visors access and maintenance.

Very nice. Great job Kelly. This house is only terrestrials?
The left side in the last photo will house terrestrial red and yellowfoots. The right side will house aquatic rhinoclemmy species. Haven't started on that side yet. Still tinkering with pond filtration for it. Next will more than likely be siding the exterior.

Kelly how many rhinoclemmys types do you keep at the moment?
