Has anyone heard of a harness for a tortoise? I am thinking of how to make one, since I do not have a backyard. I wrapped a belt around Speedy so he could get a little exercise.

Why don't you just make sure you know where it's at? Or you, depending on the size of your reptiles, could purchase a wire fence that folds up

Speedy seemed ok with it. Will check about a portable fence.
On the street above mine, there's a guy who walks his 60-pound Sulcata using some kind of harness. He's obviously more patient than I am, as he walks at least a mile a day with Ku'i, & if you think a dog takes a long time sniffing at everything, his tortoise nibbles at everything. Sorry, but I didn't pay any attention to the type of harness.
