4yo female has strange movements?

I have two 4YO adoult sulcata,male and female,
the female is making strange movements lately:
She raises her front legs,
She getting out her Sexual organ?
She rubbing it on the ground for a while
She getting it back inside

the space where her tail is smaller than the male's:

the male is already mated with her several times, could it be because of that?
(I never saw her trying to dig a nest! )
(she not pooping that much)
and her weight is very big (my weight machine is got broken...)

so what is it? she have stones? she have eggs and she finds it difficult to impose them?
i will try to film this phenomenon tomorrow.

Hi, and welcome to the Forum!

From your diagrams, it certainly looks like you have a male and a female.

Ordinarily I would have said that your tortoise is putting out his male organ - that's what they do, however, the diagram certainly looks female. If it isn't a male organ, and you're sure that its female and has been bred (male tortoises do mount other male tortoise as an aggressive act), then maybe she's egg bound and should see a vet.
